Then I put on one of Aaron’s records, “In the Pocket With Eddie Bo” by… Eddie Bo. YES! Too bad I wasn’t in a dancin’ mood, because I would have shimmied all over my dirty floor while checking myself out in the mirrors I have positioned around my house. Sometimes it sounded like Ray Charles’ band, but, instead, with this tiny, goofy guy singing - that guy on the cover, actually. That’s Eddie Bo alright, and he’s funky as hell. The real deal shit for sure.
