These are the records that get played on the turntable at the RADPAD, a house of musicians and artists in Brooklyn.

Then it was time to get academic, so I had to put on either classical music or something in a foreign tongue—because I can’t write words while other words are being spoken or sung, unfortunately.
My roommate Aaron’s father was an anthopologist living in and studying Central and Latin America throughout the 50s and 60s, and he left his son with an extensive collection of LP’s of their folk music.  There must be 200 of these records, none of them manufactured later than 1970.
